DEPOSITS

  • To secure your appointment, a nominal deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures the reservation of your desired time slot.

  • The deposit is flexible and can be transferred or refunded if changes are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes made after this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting the deposit fee.

In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.

  • For cancellations made on the day of the appointment, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price will be charged.

Please note that if an appointment is rescheduled three times consecutively, the initial deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment slot.

 

 

​LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW

  • If you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please inform us promptly.

  • We allow a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. During this time, our artists will endeavour to complete your lash service within the remaining duration. However, if you exceed this grace period, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit fee will be forfeited.

  • Should you miss your appointment entirely, your initial deposit will also be forfeited. Additionally, repeated instances of missed appointments (three or more times) may result in future booking requests being declined.

 

 

​REFUND & ALLERGIC REACTION

  • Allergic reactions, though rare, can occur unpredictably and are beyond our control.

  • While we cannot provide a refund in the event of an allergic reaction, we are committed to offering a Free Removal service to assist you.

  • Before commencing your appointment, our artists conduct a thorough consultation to understand your desired lash style. Therefore, refunds are not available for changes of mind once services have been provided.

  • If you experience excessive shedding within 72 hours post-appointment, we are pleased to offer a complimentary 30-minute touch-up session. However, please note that refunds cannot be issued in this circumstance, and any complaints raised after this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration.

​ADDITIONAL GUESTS & TOILET BREAK 

  • Because we operate from our home studio, we can only accommodate one guest at a time on the premises. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing additional guests or children to your appointment. Our appointments are exclusively booked for you, and we aim to provide you with our undivided attention and care.

  • For your convenience, we have a guest restroom available. If you anticipate needing to use the restroom during your visit, please factor in extra time accordingly.

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

  • We welcome payments by both cash and card.

  • Please note that a 1.2% surcharge will apply to all card transactions.

  • At this time, we do not support Afterpay as a payment option.
